- What is available?
- What to look for? Contrast, color saturation and variety
- What are the problems? Where is the light source and hi-lights?
- How to avoid some problems. Dye-lots, color fastness and handling
- What stitches work and which do not. Get the most out of your thread.
- Techniques to consider. To control or not to control?

- What if the color does not exist?
- Can you manipulate color? Can you make the threads work for you!
- They make it look like you have worked harder than you did!
- Color blending can be taken to new heights. Solid colors can help.
- How long should the thread be and why is it important?
- What is a color repeat and are they different, and why should you know?
- What can you do to change the color? Tubes to shade. What else?
- Can the color of the canvas work for you?
- How much color change can you handle? What do you want?
